Orders to mainland UK that are less than £25 will incur a delivery charge of £3.99.
Orders to mainland UK that are greater than £25 will be delivered FREE of charge.
Our FREE delivery with orders over £25* policy extends throughout most of the UK.
Any orders placed for delivery to the Scottish Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland will incur additional postal charges and delivery times may be a little longer. These additional costs will be applied automatically at checkout.
Unfortunately at the moment we are not delivering to Isle of Man, The Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland or outside of the UK.
Delivery charges to Scottish Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland
Orders under £25* will incur our standard delivery charge of £3.99 plus a surcharge of £9.95
Orders over £25* will incur a single surcharge of £9.95.
We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as we possibly can. Orders will not be dispatched at weekends or on Bank Holidays.
Current delivery times are estimated to be 3-5 working days for standard delivery of your goods to mainland UK.
We use DHL and Parcelforce as couriers. These will provide tracking and delivery information direct to you, so you can monitor the progress of your parcel.
We may however use other couriers including Royal Mail and Hermes from time to time depending upon circumstances.
Incorrect or damaged deliveries of goods
Please contact us immediately if your order is incorrect or has arrived damaged. Although we take great care in preparing and packing your your order, mistakes are sometimes made.
Please let us know if the order has fallen short of your expectations and we will gladly rectify the situation as swiftly as possible.
If an order has not been delivered to you please call us within 7 days to give us opportunity to investigate.
It is important to us that you receive your goods both in good condition and hassle free. We would like to make you aware that unfortunately there have been fraudsters attempting to scam and exploit consumers in the UK who have ordered deliveries online. These scammers send text messages or emails claiming that various couriers have been unable to deliver items to you and demand further postal fees for redelivery.
If you receive an email from a courier requesting more money for the redelivery or to facilitate the redirection of an order, please by-pass the email /text. Please use the contact/ tracking information we have emailed you to establish your correct order status, or contact us directly, rather than click any links contained within an email you may have been sent.
Our couriers are happy to help us with such queries. Anyone receiving a suspicious text can report it to their mobile phone user and suspicious emails can be sent to the National Cyber Security Centre via email@example.com.
