Returns and Refunds
If you change your mind and wish to returns goods to us please contact us with your request, in writing (this includes email) within 14days and we will gladly arrange an exchange or a refund. (Distance Selling Regulations for purchases by phone or online). Returns are to be made at your own cost, please ensure the goods are safely packaged and returned to us in good condition and we will arrange a refund or replacement promptly.
Incomplete, damaged or Missing orders
Please contact us immediately if you find your order is incorrect. Although we take great care in preparing and packing your order, mistakes are sometimes made.
If your order arrives damaged please let us know so we can resolve the issue for you.
If an order has not been delivered to you within 7 days, please contact us to give us opportunity to investigate and rectify the situation as soon as possible.
